Your personalized coaching program begins with a series of discovery assessments.  You will work one-on-one with your coach to establish benchmarks from which you will start to identify and set goals.  It is also a time to begin establishing a relationship of trust with your coach.  Assessments will vary depending on the level of coaching you've chosen and may include:  Biometric Indicators, an Eating Habits Assessment, The Wellness Wheel, a Health & Lifestyle Assessment, Establishing a Relationship of Trust, a Values and Goals Assessment, a Legacy Assessment and an Exit Interview.



Weekly Online Modules.  Topics may include:  Biometric Indicators - Understanding Your Numbers, Components of Good Nutrition,  Cleansing & Digestive Health, Dining Out, Reading Food Labels,,  the Importance of Sleep, Resilience, Stress Management, Energy Medicine, Authenticity, etc.  Classes are recorded so you can watch, listen and learn at your leisure.  Handouts, quizzes and growth work/home work are included.


Bi-Weekly Group Coaching Calls.  Participants are ushered into a deeper dive around the conversation of food, good nutrition and healthy lifestyles.  Group discussions maximize the combined energies, experiences and wisdom of the individual participants.  Through community, participants experience greater personal development and self-awareness.  The support system that naturally forms through groups is a great vehicle to help individuals achieve their goals.

Through your very own confidential online wellness portal (website) you can tract your nutrition and fitness activities as well as progress towards the goals you've identified with your coach.  

Our coaching style is "co-active", meaning we partner with each client for the express purpose of helping that client achieve her wellness goals.  Through ongoing support, encouragement, motivation...and sometimes through challenging you...we keep you focused and in forward motion towards your goals.  Sessions are a combination of online support via email exchange through your wellness portal and via phone calls.
